Outbound sales, engineered to land.
PEMAX runs cold email and cold calling from one workspace: sequences paced like a person, a power dialer on your own Twilio, one inbox for every reply, and a gate that checks every send before it leaves.
Built by Mape Media and used for its own sales first. Hosted in the EU.

Why PEMAX
Three things most outbound stacks leave to luck.
We built PEMAX for our own sales team first. These are the three problems we refused to solve with another subscription.
01
Every channel in one cadence
Calls, emails and manual tasks in one sequence, worked from one screen. A reply or a booked meeting stops everything at once, on every channel.
02
Deliverability as engineering
Warmup between your own mailboxes, a DNS gate on every domain, human pacing and bounce guards. A broken mailbox stops, loudly, instead of burning your domain quietly.
03
Compliance in the send path
A lawful basis per address, the first-contact notice in the prospect's language and recording rules per country, enforced by the database. Not a policy PDF.
The product
One workspace for the whole outbound day.
Five rooms, one prospect record. Pick one to see what your reps work with.
Email and call steps in one cadence, paced like a person.
Build a sequence once: a call, an intro email in the prospect's language, a reply in the same thread two business days later. PEMAX spaces every send per mailbox, keeps to the market's business hours and stops the moment someone answers.
- Threaded follow-ups with proper Message-ID and In-Reply-To headers
- Rotation across each rep's own mailboxes, never a colleague's
- AI-drafted steps wait for a human review by default

Stops on
Interested, not interested, unsubscribe, wrong person. Out of office pauses until the return date.
A power dialer on your own Twilio, with the script on screen.
Reps work a call list from the browser: the next prospect dials when the last call is wrapped up. Scripts open with the privacy line, outcomes have consequences, and recording follows the rules of the country you are calling.
- Bring your own Twilio account: your numbers, your bill
- Do not call becomes a suppression, checked before every dial
- Email consent given on a call is recorded in two clicks

Outcome
Up next
Every reply from every mailbox, labelled and in order.
Replies from every rep's mailbox land in one inbox, grouped by what needs you first. Labels come from AI triage and can be corrected in one click. An out-of-office pauses the sequence until the return date.
- Waiting on you, New and Older, with true counts
- Search that finds Müller when you type muller
- Reps see their own threads; managers see the team

On meeting booked
Warmup, a DNS gate and bounce guards, built in.
Your own mailboxes warm each other up: they send, reply and pull each other out of spam, apart from your cold sends. A mailbox whose SPF, DKIM or DMARC fails stops sending until it is fixed.
- Warmup without a separate vendor
- Each mailbox's daily cap follows its warmup ramp
- A rising bounce rate pauses the mailbox until you resume it
Warmup ramp
3 to 24 a day over 21 days, then a floor of 8. About a third get a reply in the same thread.
Below 80% cold cap halves
Below 60% cold sending pauses

Search and enrich with Apollo, on your own key.
Find prospects in Apollo from inside PEMAX, enrich the ones you want and import them with the lawful basis recorded per address. A monthly credit budget keeps the spend where you set it.
- Your Apollo key, sealed per workspace
- Phone numbers normalised to E.164 on import
- Erased contacts are never imported again
Budget checked before every enrich · phones normalised to E.164 · duplicates merged
A Tuesday in PEMAX
One rep, one day, nothing copied between tools.
Our test suite plays this exact day end to end on a fresh database, from the first call to the hand-off in the CRM.
- 09:00
Call block
Joost works his power-dial list. Two prospects agree to an email on the call; consent is recorded with the call as evidence.
- 09:40
Intro goes out
Both are enrolled. The intro leaves from Joost's own mailbox with the first-contact notice in Dutch, inside business hours.
- 11:15
Replies sorted
Three replies arrive. One interested, one out of office (paused until the return date), one asks to stop (suppressed for good).
- 14:00
Follow-ups, paced
Yesterday's sequence sends its second step in the same thread, spread over three mailboxes, minutes apart.
- 16:30
Hand-off
The interested prospect books a meeting. PEMAX sends a signed webhook to the team's CRM and links the CRM record back.
- 17:00
Manager view
The owner sees every rep's sends, calls, replies and meetings. Joost sees his own.
Compliance by design
Every send is checked twice. One failure stops it.
The checks run when a prospect is enrolled and again at the moment of sending, inside the database. A rep cannot skip them, and neither can a bug in a screen.
- A lawful basis on this exact address, with its evidence
- The first-contact notice, in the prospect's own language
- Your sender identity, postal address and one-click unsubscribe
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC healthy on the sending domain
- Lawful basis on this address
- Recipient country allowed
- First-contact notice
- Sender identity and postal address
- One-click unsubscribe
- Suppression and duplicates
- Mailbox health
- Inside business hours

Not a CRM, on purpose
PEMAX finds the conversation. Your CRM keeps the customer.
When a prospect replies with interest or books a meeting, PEMAX sends them to your own CRM as a signed webhook, with the history and the lawful basis attached. The CRM ids come back, so both sides link up.
- Signed with your secret
- Retries and dead letters
- Replay from the screen
- One schema: pemax.lead.v1
The Mape Media family
Part of the MAPE Suite. Proven on ourselves first.
Mape Media builds the systems a business runs on. The MAPE Suite is the family of growth modules we build, prove on our own company and then run for and with our clients.
PEMAX is the first. Mape is tenant number one: our own sales team prospects in it every day. Every client gets its own workspace, isolated from ours in the database, with its own brand, keys and data.

What teams tell us
Built for teams that sell on the phone and in the inbox.
“Our interns used to juggle three tools and a spreadsheet. Now they open one inbox, call through a list in the morning and the follow-ups go out in the right thread. I can see every rep without asking for a report.”
Femke AaldersHead of Sales, Noordkade Logistics “What sold us was the gate. A send without a lawful basis simply does not leave. Our DPO read the settings page and signed off in one meeting.”
Jonas WeberManaging Director, Rheinfeld Industrietechnik “We bring our own Twilio and our own Apollo key, so the bill is ours and the data is ours. Qualified replies land in our CRM with the thread attached. PEMAX never tries to be the CRM.”
Sofie BergRevenue Operations, Kvarn Analytics “Warmup used to be a separate subscription. Here our own mailboxes warm each other, and a mailbox with a broken DMARC record just stops sending until it is fixed. That is the behaviour I want.”

Security & trust
Isolation lives in the database, not in an if statement.
Every workspace is fenced off by Postgres row-level security, every credential is encrypted per workspace, and a send that breaks a rule never leaves.
How we secure PEMAX- Isolation
- Row-level security forced on every table
- Your keys
- Bring your own key for every outside service
- Hosting
- PEMAX runs in Frankfurt and the Netherlands
- Access
- TOTP MFA, a login trail, audited staff access
See PEMAX on your own pipeline.
Thirty minutes with the people who build it. We show the product on a real workspace, answer the hard questions about deliverability and compliance, and tell you honestly whether it fits.
